Terms of Service

Welcome to My Golden Adventures! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("Guest," "Participant," or "You") and My Golden Adventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for participation in our group travel experiences. By booking a trip, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirements
To participate in a My Golden Adventures trip, all guests must:
Be at least 21 years of age
Present a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of the trip
We reserve the right to deny participation or cancel reservations for individuals who do not meet this requirement.
2. Accessibility Advisory
Our trips are designed for active adults and may involve walking, standing, or visiting venues with limited accessibility features.
Guests must be able to ambulate independently or with a companion’s assistance
Our staff is not trained to lift, push, or provide physical assistance
If you have concerns about accessibility, please contact us before booking. We’re happy to discuss the suitability of individual trips.
3. Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept:
Credit cards (preferred)
Personal checks (must clear 14 days before booking is confirmed)
We do not currently accept deposits or offer payment plans.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Plans change—we get it! Here’s how cancellations work:
Cancel 7 or more days before the trip: 50% refund
Cancel within 7 days of the trip: No refund unless we can fill your spot
If we cancel the trip for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or a reschedule option.

5. Weather & Safety Cancellations
Trips operate rain or shine, but in the case of severe weather or other safety concerns, we may cancel or postpone the trip.
You will be notified as soon as possible
You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund
The determination of unsafe conditions is made at our sole discretion.
6. Code of Conduct
We aim to create a fun, inclusive, and respectful travel environment. All guests are expected to:
Be courteous to fellow travelers and staff
Follow instructions and stay on schedule
Refrain from disruptive, threatening, or offensive behavior
No alcohol is permitted on the bus at any time
Guests who violate these expectations may be asked to leave the trip without refund and may be restricted from future participation.
7. Emergency Contact & Medical Limitations
Each guest is required to provide an emergency contact at the time of booking.
In the event of illness or emergency:
We may contact your designated emergency person
If you are unresponsive or unable to make decisions, My Golden Adventures is not liable for medical decisions made on your behalf
We do not provide medical care and are not responsible for the availability or quality of emergency services.
8. Third-Party Services & Liability
Many of our experiences include services provided by third-party businesses (e.g., restaurants, museums, transportation providers).
We are not responsible for injury, loss, dissatisfaction, or changes in availability related to these providers
Any concerns or disputes with a third-party provider must be addressed with them directly
9. Changes to Itinerary or Services
We do our best to stick to our published itineraries, but sometimes changes are necessary. We reserve the right to:
Modify the itinerary due to weather, traffic, vendor availability, or other factors
Substitute experiences or stops of equal or greater value
Guests will be notified of significant changes in advance when possible.
10. Photo & Media Release
Occasionally, we may capture group photos during trips to share the fun with our community, on social media, on our website and our marketing. We reserve the right to use these photos publicly, however if you do not wish to appear in any photos, just let us know when checking in.
