Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. This page outlines our cancellation and refund policies so you know exactly what to expect when booking with My Golden Adventures. We're here to help make every step—from sign-up to adventure—simple and stress-free.

💸 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 7 or more days before your trip:
    You’ll receive a full refund—no fees, no hassle.

  • Cancel within 7 days of the trip:
    Your payment is non-refundable unless we’re able to fill your spot. If your seat is filled, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • No-shows:
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows.

🔄 Transferring Your Spot

Need to send someone in your place? No problem! You can transfer your reservation to another guest as long as:

  • You notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and

  • The replacement guest is 21 or older with valid government-issued ID.

🌦️ Weather-Related Cancellations

Trips go forward rain or shine—but if severe weather or unsafe travel conditions arise, we may cancel or postpone the trip. In that case, you'll have the option to:

  • Reschedule your trip, or

  • Receive a full refund

Decisions around weather and safety are made at our sole discretion.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Minimum Group Size Requirement

Some trips require a minimum number of participants to run. If we need to cancel due to low enrollment, you’ll receive a full refund or can opt to reschedule.

✏️ Trip Adjustments and Vendor Changes

While rare, itineraries may shift due to venue availability, closures, or timing issues.

  • We’ll always aim to substitute with equal or better experiences.

  • Refunds are not issued for itinerary changes unless the full trip is canceled.

💳 Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

📬 How to Cancel

To cancel your trip, just send us an email at info@mygoldenadventures.com with the following info:

  • Your full name

  • Trip name and date

  • Optional: reason for cancellation

We'll respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your cancellation and refund eligibility.
